Ramp Kits

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an unopened, unbuilt ramp kit for a refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for return freight on non-defective returns.

Once the kit has been opened or assembled, all sales are final due to the size and freight cost of the product.

Apparel

Apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

1. Email cowboysskate@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send a return label and instructions within 24 hours
3. Drop off the package or schedule a freight pickup
4. Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or otherwise defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace damaged components or the full kit at no cost to you.

Product Warranty

Every Cowboys Skate ramp kit comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and hardware. The warranty covers things like delamination, defective coping, or hardware failure under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from skating
• Weather damage to ramps left uncovered for extended periods
• Damage from improper assembly
• Modifications made by the customer
